Description

The AEM Cold Air Intake System (P/N 21-802C) is purpose-built to improve horsepower and torque by eliminating the restrictions of the factory airbox and air filter on select Audi and Volkswagen models from 2015 to 2016 with the 2.0L F/I engine. This system relocates the air filter outside of the engine bay to draw in cooler, denser airƒ??resulting in more efficient combustion, stronger throttle response, and enhanced performance. Cooler air increases the oxygen content in the combustion chamber, producing a more powerful explosion and greater output.

At the heart of this system is an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic air filter, offering excellent airflow and filtration without the need for oiling. The mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube ensures smooth, unrestricted airflow and is finished in a sleek silver powder coat for durability and style. This system includes high-quality mounting hardware and components designed to minimize heat absorption and air turbulence. Although backed by AEMƒ??s Lifetime Limited Warranty, this intake is not legal for sale or use in California or states that follow California emissions regulations.
