Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Returns Eligibility  

- Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery  

- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging  

- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

2. Return Process  

- Customers must contact us first at info@riotparts.com before returning any item  

- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted  

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect  

3. Refunds  

- Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected  

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days  

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Proof of Issue (Required)  

To prevent fraud and ensure fair handling of claims:  

- Customers are required to provide clear photo AND video evidence of any issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)  

- For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, customers must provide a video while opening the package (unboxing video)  

- Claims without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for refund or replacement  

5. Non-Returnable Items  

- Used or damaged items not caused by us  

- Final sale or clearance items  

- Personalized/custom products  

6. Order Issues  

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the required proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes  

We encourage customers to contact us first before filing a dispute. Filing a false chargeback may result in investigation and restriction from future purchases.
