Description

For boat builders and marine performance enthusiasts, the Edelbrock marine carburetor 600 (#ede1409) is engineered to withstand harsh saltwater conditions while delivering peak performance on the water. This 4-barrel, square-bore unit features a zinc-dichromate (iridited marine) finish for corrosion resistance and durability in marine environments.

This carb comes calibrated with a .068 × .047 metering rod, matched primary / secondary jets (.098 / .101), and a 5" Hg (orange) spring, giving a solid tuning baseline out of the box. Its electric choke ensures reliable cold starts even in marine situations, while annular boosters aid in smooth throttle transitions and consistent fuel atomization under load.

Designed without EGR for marine use, this carb includes a gasket/seal for installation. Whether outfitting a speedboat or customizing a marine engine, the Edelbrock marine carburetor 600 offers both ruggedness and performance for life on the water.
