Description

The AEM 21-792C Performance Cold Air Intake System is designed to increase horsepower and torque by replacing the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing on select Honda Civic models from 2016 to 2021 (excluding Type R models). Engineered, tuned, and dyno-tested for a precise fit, this intake system delivers improved airflow and enhanced engine performance.

Air is drawn through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter that offers exceptional airflow, filtration, and performance. The filter is installed in the original air box location and protected by a heat shield designed to reduce intake air temperature, resulting in increased power output. The intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum with a durable gunmetal gray powder-coated finish, combining strength and style.

This system is specifically developed to work with the vehicleƒ??s factory emissions components, including the mass air flow sensor and engine vent line. The oil-free Dryflow filter media can last up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed, depending on driving conditions. Installation is straightforward with common tools, and the system is backed by AEMƒ??s Lifetime Limited Warranty.
