The AEM 21-733C Cold Air Intake System is engineered to unlock hidden horsepower and torque in your 2011ƒ??2014 Volkswagen Jetta or Passat 2.5L L5 engine. By replacing the restrictive factory airbox and filter, this intake system allows cooler, oxygen-rich air to enter the combustion chamberƒ??delivering stronger performance and a more aggressive engine sound. The oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic filter is washable, oil-free, and designed for maximum airflow and filtration. Relocated outside the engine bay, the filter draws in cooler air, boosting efficiency and throttle response. The intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum with premium hardware to ensure smooth airflow and reduced heat buildup. Although this intake offers impressive performance benefits, it is not legal for sale or use in California or states following California emission regulations.
