    Returns Policy

    We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

    To start a return, please log in to your account and request a return. Once a return is requested, we will review your request and provide you with a return number, send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how to send your package. Please allow 3 business days for us to get back to you with this information.

    Items sent back to the warehouse without first requesting a return and receiving a return number will not be accepted or refunded.

    ***OVERSIZED/HEAVY ITEMS THAT ARE SHIPPED VIA LTL ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS ONCE THE DELIVERY IS ACCEPTED. YOU MUST INSPECT THE ITEM UPON DELIVERY AND DENY THE DELIVERY IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE.***

    Most items do not ship via LTL. At checkout, you will see if your item ships via LTL when viewing shipping methods. 

    You can always contact us for any return questions.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the purchase price less the return shipping fee and the initial shipping fee if your item was eligible for free shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If the item is used, not in its original packaging or not in sellable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
