This is true for crankshaft journals, connecting rods, camshaft lobes, piston rings, bearings, etc. When rebuilding a worn out engine youll need to replace them all in order to regain the engines original performance. This replacement piston ring set fits 54-64 Truck / Station Wagon and 62-63 FC-150/170 models equipped with 226 ci 6 cylinder engines with 0.020- in. over-bore. One set does one engine.
